Struggling with that midsection spare tire? Want to improve your bone density? This boot camp is specially designed to combat the changes experienced with life for women age 35 - 55. Realize these hormonal changes effect your entire body! This workout will give you something new and different. Our groups are small compared to other boot camps so you will feel comfortable, even as a beginner and exercises are modified based on your abilities. Come to our studio, where you're more then just a number.

Cost: $20 per session, must commit to a month at least two days per week...
