8:30-10:00am This is a joint committee meeting about how to build capacity for economic development and growth in the County. Our guest speaker is a national expert on smart growth, Gerrit Knaap, who is the executive director of the National Center for Smart Growth at the University of Maryland. Mr. Knaap is a planner and economist who will address issues of how Maryland is doing relative to smart growth.
