In October come try a complimentary boot camp session! The program is for anyone at any level. In addition, when you come in for your trial you will be entered in a drawing to win a 3-month membership into the boot camp fitness program!

This is group personal training that's done boot camp style for men, women, and children of all levels! It is a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, stretching and yoga. I've designed the program as a way for people to see results and get fit.

Sundays 8:00-9:30 a.m. (Glenwood)

Mondays 6:00-7:00 p.m. (Laurel)

Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 p.m. (Glenwood)

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m. (Laurel)

Saturdays 8:00-9:30 a.m. (Glenwood)

**I offer an unlimited session package which includes yoga and Zumba.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothes. The first session will be free if you enroll (complete paperwork and submit payment) on the first day. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and bring a completed PAR_Q form (on my website: http://www.thebootcam...). Please be familiar with the boot camp section on my website under "About". I offer several packages.
