NOW HIRING: Administrative Assistant

17 year successful Financial Planning firm located in Pikesville, MD seeking Administrative Assistant.
Candidate hired to the position will have the skills necessary to perform a variety of administrative functions that include, but are not limited to:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer service of existing and prospective clients and vendors by phone, email and in-office meeting support
• Processing account paperwork and follow-up to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Scanning & filing of documents
• Maintaining office documents, procedures and compliance documents
• Data Entry on CRM software and other Windows Based systems
• Drafting and proofreading letters and spreadsheets
• Processing Payroll
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
• Outstanding customer service and communications skills via phone and in person
• Be highly organized & detail oriented
• Self motivated and an ability to multi-task
Background skills required:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Administrative background with skills in general office support
• Financial background, knowledge of Redtail CRM and LPL Financial Corp a plus!
