The Executive Assistant will primarily provide administrative support an Executive of a local media company. The successful candidate will be an organized, proactive, resourceful, efficient and reliable team player who is comfortable working very closely with the Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating all internal and external meetings, managing the heavy scheduling of the Executive's calendar.
• Answer phones, screen calls, route callers, keep a phone log and administer the management of Executive's communications and conference calls
• Coordinate internal company meetings, including venue selection, materials, presentations, agendas, notes, handouts, etc.
• Schedule, organize and coordinate travel, transportation, and hotel arrangements for domestic and international travel as assigned.
• Coordinate internal meetings, including venue, materials, presentations, agendas, notes, handouts, etc.
• Liaise with internal departments and assistants of those departments to coordinate meetings
• Create PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Organize and file all materials on a daily basis.
• Assist with special projects and perform other related duties, as assigned.
• Attend external events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• A minimum of five years supporting C-Level executives and 8-10 years total professional work experience.
• Experience supporting high level executives in the media and entertainment industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills
• A Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent years of experience.
• Must be articulate, personable, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must have the ability to assess priorities, be extremely pro-active, and able to bring issues to closure independently.
• Must demonstrate confidentiality and flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in database applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
