s will begin the week following the Seminar. We will follow a set curriculum to educate you on how to eat healthy on the low-glycemic index.
This is a diabetes and heart disease friendly eating program.
We meet each week for 60 minutes for 14 weeks:
- week 1 is this overview of the program
- week 2 is measurements
- the following 12 weeks are education.
The program is not a shake or meal program, it is an educational program providing information about what to eat, how to shop and decide how to eat a healthy and low glycemic, as well as other wonderful information.
Participants receive
- personal consultations
- phone calls
- emails to help them on their journey

- follows a low glycemic index
- sympathetic to allergies
There is also a jump start to the first week that allows you to see fast results.
The program was initially developed for athletic people who wanted to "get to the next level" in their training, but was successful for
others, too.
It is especially powerful for those with diabetes, heart disease, crohn's disease, thyroid issues (including Grave's Disease) and celiac disease (gluten intolerance) beca

Our first meeting is an overview to discuss the program and give each person time to have all questions answered. The following meetings are educational and fun for male and female participants of all ages!
